Honest review: great tools, thinner market than advertised in my area
The merchant-side tools on Ryde are legitimately best-in-class. The catalog AI, the ledger, the fee transparency, the own-courier priority — all of it works as described. My issue is that Ryde's customer base in my mid-sized city is still small. I'm getting maybe 15% of the order volume I get on the bigger platforms. I'm staying because I believe in where this is going, but revenue right now is supplemental.
