We keep having engineers out for an undiscovered water leak they cannot find and expect us to check our own property and get charged (like heck we will) I know we have a sticky stop cock (hubby resolving) but a customer rep demanded we get out a plumber pay for it and if we dont she was going to take us to court fine us then break into our house fix it then charge us . revolting. if we could change we would but have no choice but to stick with you.
