Avoid avoid Travelocity After reporting my complaint and my bad experience about hotel I got reply following. It’s unhelpful shameful horrible company. I will never use for hotels. I was traumatised from the hotel I booked in Milan. I reported everything to Travelocity but they didn’t show any sympathy. I will have to go through my travel insurance to get refund now. We wanted to follow up after our last conversation, where you asked us to reach out to your property to see if a refund was possible. Unfortunately, after speaking with Hotel Tiffany, they're holding to the original cancellation policy for your booking and declined your refund request. We know this is disappointing. We always try to advocate for flexibility for our travelers, but properties often have strict rules and restrictions around their bookings, and there's nothing more we can do in this case.
