I'll never go high street agent again...

I cannot fault Sellmyhome as a selling agent - for the price I had more attention and support than some high street agents. Mine was a tricky sale of a park home with lots of pitfalls and regulations so prospective buyers had to be screened quite carefully. Sellmyhome were thoughtful, smart and upbeat - considering they're not chasing commission their customer service is second to none. I sold to the right buyer and have had personal followup since from my account manager. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them - it's a slick setup aimed at minimising your stress.
