AMAZING!!!!!!
AMAZING!!!!!! I cannot thank Emma and the team at Roco enough. I ordered 2 different size waistcoat suits for my sons prom, we tried everything on and I packaged the one to return back in the suit bag it came with. I asked my partner to pop in the plastic bag and return at post office and gave him the label. It wasn't until later that day I realised he had sent the wrong one back! By the time I realised the post office was closed until the Monday morning, I was there when they opened but the parcel had gone. I tried to order again but everything was out of stock online.. I emailed Roco and explained what had happened and they were amazing. They made sure my parcel was sent straight back out to me as soon as they got it. I was so grateful for their help and would definitely use again and recommend to my friends for future .I now have a very smart, happy son looking forward to his prom.
