'Not us, it's you' when they don't set up your account!
Error in setting up account, delays on claim. Hasn't been the best experience. When making a claim we find out the joint account wasn't set up properly (they then tell us that was our fault, when we followed everything they told us to do). Then tell us there are letters on the portal - log in, nothing there. Then another call, they then upload the letters onto the portal. Causing at least 5 days of delays to a claim. Make sure you can see your portal. Make sure you follow up every claim as it seems that a system based on technology has room for impactful errors.
