My experience with Charters Estate Agency was excellent from start to finish of my sale of a flat in Alton. The Sales team, Sarah Harris, Darcy Seal and their colleagues, were very professional, knowledgeable and positive and I relied on them for encouragement several times when I was at a loss to understand the way solicitors worked. I had very good support from Gemma Hill and the Sales Progression Team throughout, and always felt that my calls were important and that I would get updates when I needed them. I found that the staff at Charters were very good communicators and also cheerful characters for which I thank them all greatly.
