Very poor customer experience
Wanted to buy a shimano sustain for $475. Waited an hr for service. 1 guy in the fishing section too busy talking about his fishing spots with a customer. Absolutely pathetic service. Walked out and went to BCF up the road and closed the deal with great discount.
