Slow check in & baggage
Check in at Manchester a little slow, flight out to Antalya was nice, comfortable but waited for nearly an hour for cases to come on carasol. Check in at Antalya for our return flight was a free for all, all flights were shared between I think 20 gates, painfully slow with lots of people getting really annoyed at the lack of any organisation, people shouting that they were going to miss flights with no one there to prioritise them, once on plane flight was good and yet again a 45 min wait for cases in Manchester. Check in & baggage are painfully slow and need urgent action to sort them out.
