I’m still on my weight loss journey but can’t wait another moment to say how grateful I am to Form Health and especially to Dr. Angela Simpson who successfully maneuvered the system so my insurance would cover Trulicity. After a lifetime of frustration, I have realized what it feels like to have control of my appetite and am overwhelmed with joy over my new body. Together with Joanna R. my nutritionist, I know that this is no flash in the pan, I learned sustainable lifestyle lessons, and these choices provide a new life with a positive self-image. Thank you.
