OK. Naples not as good as Pisa
Second time using Zest for car rental in Italy. This wasn't quite as good as last time. This wasn't related to the service provided by Zest, but the local agent - Locauto. The instructions received for pickup at Naples didn't explain that the paperwork had to be completed before leaving the airport building. This is apparently a recent change that either hasn't been communicated to Zest or hasn't been included in the instructions for pickup sent out. The car we were given wasn't the one requested and would have been a problem if we had more luggage. It also hadn't been cleaned before we picked it up (outside or inside). All that being said it did the job. It was easy to pick up once the paperwork was sorted. Easy to return. Just not as good as Pisa earlier this year.
