I have placed numerous orders with my local branch of Travis Perkins (Stratford, East London). I am a DIY enthusiast building projects at home. I want to give a special mention to Billie-Jo Longstaff for fixing errors I made in orders, her follow up messages and calls, going over and beyond customer service to ensure I have everything I need to keep building. Absolutely amazing, thank you. Also to all of the TP delivery drivers, for their kindness and help with unloading at my home.
