Something must be going on…
I have rented from HSS a few times, with no problems. However, last week my order of a portable compressor was never delivered. I received a new slot with an ETA of this morning, but now it’s 6 pm and I’m still waiting. I also spent over an hour in a phone queue this morning before they took my call and promised a call-back to confirm that the delivery was on schedule. But no call-back came. I spent another hour in a phone queue this afternoon, but in the end I gave up and instead emailed them. No response yet. Something must be going on at the company lately, as usually they are good, so beware (i note that another reviewer had the same experience today).
