Never Again - SkyLux is a Rip-off
This service is disgraceful. I would never use them again. I wasted over $4,000 trying to book 2 business class tickets to Colombia and it was a complete run-around. Normal business class amenities are not included eg luggage, seat selection, etc. If you need to make any changes, God help you. I was encouraged to purchase the travel insurance, after the fact and that was just another cash grab. Never again. Just go to the airline and buy a ticket. Cheaper in the long run with less stress. And their agents are compensateed by gratuities from you. So you feel lke you have to tip them for doing their job. The Help line is another joke.
