Reliable service
I have only had to contact them once in the 2+ years that I've been with them, and that was a few weeks after installation because OpenReach forgot to tighten something and the issue was fixed (by OpenReach) the following day. No mid-contract price rises, and when my 18-month contract expired, my new contract was cheaper then before.
