Little to no heat downstairs
Little to no heat downstairs, Screw sticking out on downstairs bedroom doorknob caused a cut, Downstairs carpet not vacuumed rubber bands from hair ties everywhere, dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes, Ice maker cutoff doesn't work leaving ice everywhere inside the freezer, washing machine not working, ladybug infestation in main floor near balcony doors, mold under glass top on dining table, Pets were finding food debris in numerous areas in kitchen and living area as well as under dining table, Hair on shower walls in master bath( not ours) and upstairs shower, first phone number on printed instructions for assistance was a random male not associated with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals, After hours number had the same recording as the business office number, left message and got a return call saying they would relay our message, no one returned our call, We arrived Friday and placed our calls and a gentleman showed up Sunday without calling while the children were taking their naps. He acknowledged the problems and said someone would call us Monday. We checked out Wednesday morning and never received a call. My wife mopped the mud from the Kitchen floor on Friday night and we swept up all the food debris we could find. The flapper in the master bath sticks open and the toilet periodically ran until you removed the top and physically seated the flapper. The deck gates were broken and would not close with one gate completely off. The morning sun highlighted the cob webs on the ceiling light fixtures. The shuffleboard is held together with ratchet straps and the Foosball table is broken on one end. The light on the microwave is out so no light for the stovetop while cooking. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes well and some had to be hand washed. There was pink Goo on the bannister going to the third floor. How would you rate your service??
