Shannon Laycock at Rawtenstall was so friendly and efficient at her job, a joy to speak to. A very special mention for Lauren Coomber at the Rochdale branch, Lauren listened when we spoke to her and advised us when we required it, all the time being very friendly and incredibly professional especially when our first purchase was falling through.
