No loyalty to long-term customers
I've been with this company for the past 5 trips. I had to declare medical for the last trip and was charged 3 x the amount! The reason, i was told, was i had mentioned anxiety... seriously?!! After thinking about the price I called the 'friendly' customer service team and asked if there was a way to get the premium down. As usual they never know what to say and always seek advice from the person in charge. Why couldn't that person have spoken to me. Instead, the confused advisor kept going back and forth feeding me uncertain information. I have now left this company and have gone with a recommended travel insurance group. I have inputted the same medical information and have been charged £120 less. Very disappointed in Staysure. Friendly when taking my money but not when I needed friendly support snd advice I was left feeling frustrated and let-down.
