It Seems a Fraudulent Company

They have setup the website in a way that end user confuses at every stage and end up in either paying more unintentionally or have to call customer service for resolution. The website is misleading and seems fraudulent where limited access is allowed to sort out the issue. I was overwhelmed by their strong social media campaign, and therefore trapped in their products. Customer service is HORRIBLE, and therefore, I strongly doubt on the products are as well. If such a big brand claims big wins on social media then how could they forgot to improve their customer service followed by user experience on their website.
