Misleading cancellation process – charged despite trying to cancel tried to cancel my subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription, but the cancellation process is confusing and misleading. Despite taking the necessary steps, I was still charged. On top of that, customer service does not respond to my messages. Very disappointing experience – be careful if you’re trying to cancel. And if your are European... not sure you will find any information...
