very impressed with this level of service
5 stars for the post install customer service we received from Ben Young. We were struggling to get signal in our home office away from the main house, which is not really in their remit, but Ben spent time on the phone walking and talking me through why there could be issues and what could be done. He looked at photos of the office and it's location etc and made suggestions of how the existing house-based router could work better and what my other options were. He followed up several times to see how it was going. All in all very impressed with this level of service.
