No delivery, no refund month since the order
Ordered 2 products on 27th January 2014. Received one of them a week or so later - confused (thought that it would be delivered in the same package). Contacted astro nutrition - was told that sometimes they send the same order in 2 separate packages. waited for two weeks - still no delivery. Contacted astro again and asked for a refund. They replied saying that they CANNOT TRACK their orders and therefore they have to wait for a MONTH to see if package was lost and then will send me another package (=no refund)! Overall very bad experience, would never order again, just hoping to get my money back!
