Extremely poor, do not use
Used this company when driving around Morocco: - Money taken from bank account (around £230) with no permission or explanation. I have not received an invoice for these costs and AutoUnion are not responding to my communications. - Agreed to meet at airport to provide car, but arrived over 2 hours late, with no apology or offer for compensation. - Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. - Car provided in poor condition, then tried to charge for damage that was present prior to pickup.
