Faulty customer care
Had a working number with them, went on holidays and when came back the line didn't work anymore, contacted customer support and no answer. Because I needed a Swedish telephone line ordered a new number with some credit, which never got included in my balance contacted again customer service and guess, no answer again. PS: After my complaining here they solved the issues, it took long enough, they need to improve customer care and communication.
