Worst Customer Service Ever
Very disappointed after years as a loyal customer. I’ve been a long-time customer of Webbox and have been regularly buying Lik-e-Lix for the past 4 years without any issues. However, I recently received a unit that smelled strongly of decay — clearly not fit for consumption. I reached out to Webbox via email to raise a formal complaint, expecting at least a basic level of customer care. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. No acknowledgment, no response, nothing. Their website also doesn't work to make it difficult for us to contact them. They ask you to upload a photo but say the file is larger even though everything is ok to upload it on my end. It’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way after years of loyalty. I will be rethinking my future purchases and cannot recommend Webbox to others based on this experience.
