Horrible
Honestly, they are useless. A previous flatmate has used Origin Energy, so we decided to keep going with that. The service was cancelled on Monday as the new modem arrived. Since then, it has been notified thing a headache. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone, over two days and nothing has changed. The modem doesn't work, there is no internet connection and they keep trying to infer it is the telephone line. Despite it working perfectly fine and with a previous origin energy plan and Monday on Monday. Useless idiots I swear.
