I had a query on topping up my credit
I had a query on topping up my credit. As I had gotten an error message twice when trying to complete the top up online and then got two text messages stating the top up had been completed I was unsure if had I been double charged. I spoke on live chat with Marizabel who quickly and efficiently answered all my queries and clarified that only 1 top up had been charged and applied.
