On the day of departure my flight was cancelled. The helpdesk was not very helpful to get me a acceptable reroute so I found a solution my self without any help. Then I got an offer for the cancelled flight which was a joke because according to the eu law I am also entitled to get a compensation on top. I called, I wrote and I filled out the form but no one replied. Completely ignored to get my damage compensation. What a shame
