Didnt Compensate Lost shipment - CHARGEBACKED
Don't do business with parcelabc.com. They lose shipments that you order to pickup from abroad. Eventually I had to CHARGEBACK through credit card company because i never received compensation of 25 EUR. (Initialy i paid 24 EUR for shipping) this is their tracking number ESLT-882157765 PARCEL ABC OFFER POOR LOST SHIPMENT COMPENSATIONS. Regular courier is covered under 25 EUR maximum compensation, while other companiess uninsured shipments are covered with 100 or 150 EUR per shipment. They charge extra 5-7 eur for insurance. *Fedex slowest shipping service is covered with 150 EUR insurance per package. They will not compensate you those 25 EUR, replies with "Waiting for courier delivery company descision" you will receive. Shipments that are lost you will have to wait for 3 months MINIMUM before they move their finger. Another thing. Parcel ABC courier is unofficial and does not have standardised tracking system, so eBay or Amazon or anyother marketplace tracking systems will not recognize Parcel ABC labels. If you are ecommerce reseller or use Marketplace platofrms to sell, and sell in EU or abroad just avoid this company.
