Generally disappointing stay
Generally disappointing stay. The place did not live up to what we saw on the website. The morning buffet was actually okay, not the best I have tried, not the worst. The juice was really bad. At the lunch bar we ordered a burger and nuggets. Burger was absolute trash. Let’s say we did not return for lunch the following days, and did not try the dinner restaurant…. The room was overall outdated and needed restoration to match the price. It seemed all the rooms with swim up pool where in the shadow most of the day, which made the pool unusable at this time of the year. On day 2 of our stay our AirPods where stolen from our room, and the staff was not helpful solving this, and it sounded like it was a reaccuring problem they have. And lastly they messed up our checkout time, they told us checkout was at 14:00 due to booking directly through their own site, but at 12:00 our room key did not work, and they told us it was our mistake that we had not booked late check out…
