My first item arrived with damage due…
My first item arrived with damage due to poor packaging and I was asked to take pictures of item’s damage and return it. A week later no communication regarding replacement. After I contacted live chat was assured item would be sent out.Finally arrived today with same poor packaging and a chip out of item. I give up.
