Very poor communication.
At the moment I have only paid deposit and not even got to the clinic for my consultation on 2 implants. I hope and pray the outcome is far better than the customer service. I'm certified blind. My carer had filled in the medical question. I've received email saying its nor been completed so I rang and asked, I was assured there was a computer error and they have 100% received it. Later to be called again my somebody different they haven't received it. Basically this has happened again twice in total. So obviously at the moment I'm very concerned as the customer service doesn't have any communication. I've already paid £100 deposit. Still waiting on latest news to see if they have my medical questionnaire. Not good.
