O/n M9139804- Posted 2 iphone 13s last week. Quoted £215 but when taking photos before sending i noticed one had a few scratches. I sent the phones via royal mail recorded which cost £13.00. The phones were received by Mazuma and both were marked down to £180. The second phone is in near perfect condition, i phoned to say this and was told they'd send photos. I waited 3days and 2 calls later for the photos. I am very skeptical of these photos and believe what they are claiming to be 5 or more scratches is in fact dirt. My photos don't match theirs- I have just sent my photos off and am waiting on reply. It will cost me £15.00 to have these phones returned. I have used Mazuma before without issue so I didn't believe these negative reviews but seller beware. You will not be offered the full amount! Regarding the reply below from Mazuma: I left this review before there was any 'miscommunication saga' were by i said i would accept £185 for one phone if you were able to pay £200 for the other and which was still £15.00 less than the £215 quoted for this phone! I then decided at 4.50pm yesterday- 10minutes after talking to you I would just sell the 2 phones to you as to be completely honest I have no idea in what state these phones would be returned to me but unfortunately you thought this would not be possible as you return '100s of phones per day'! You confirmed this would not be possible be email this morning even though the post wouldn't infact be dispatched until today. FYI- still no tracking recieved for the parcel to be returned today.
