I was buying my first flat in Portishead and needed a lot of support with the process, especially since there were delays on both sides for various reasons. Oceans (and Demi in particular) have been great and persevered with all my queries. They also updated me regularly on the progress and chased solicitors as needed. I've been now in my new flat for over a month and am super happy with the purchase. Thanks for all your help!
