Terrible management
Terrible management! We waited 2 hours at the queue. No information was given. The people responsible from the queue was rude. They should have mention in their web site that the waiting time is longer than 2 hours. Especially during the winter times it’s quite unpleasant to wait under the cold such a long time. What a bad management!
