Stay away- spend the extra few dollars for a real company.
Started off great. Had an issue activating and tech support was great. Service was good…until I had to cancel because the phone physically stopped working. You have to use chat to cancel…and they text you a code as well as email it…but conveniently the email system has been down and there’s no option. No supervisors either. So you’re left to continue to pay a bill you don’t need, have your bank refuse any charges from them if file a complaint with the FCC. Unfortunately, an external vendor had a rare outage that caused this issue. We strive for 100% up time, yet this was outside of our hands and we are working with the vendor to assure this will not happen again. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be your provider. My response to this: Do you have zero systems in place for an extended issue to resolve customer issues. Yet oddly enough the email I received from you ( AFTER I filed with the FCC) states that the entire incident was not handled appropriately by your agent. That a supervisor was available and I should have been transferred. Funny how when the regulatory agency was contacted you guys suddenly were able to resolve the issue. I don’t think so.
