Never received my item, still haven't received a full refund.

I purchased a product from Ted Ciamillo directly, and was promised a 3 week lead time on it. That date came and went and I repeatedly got new ETAs for my order. Finally I asked for a refund since it became apparent my item was never actually going to get built. I was then told he would mail a check for my refund, which I never got. I was then told he never mailed the check but would refund me via Zelle, which once again he has promised several dates that have come and gone. I cannot stress this enough, do not buy anything from this company unless you can use a credit card and have purchase protection. You may never get your product or your money back. Update to say that I received a partial refund, however Ted has once again missed his promises date for the rest of the refund.
