Extremely Disappointed!
Extremely Disappointed! I don’t like to go this route but right now see no other option until hopefully a refund is received. We ordered eight 25x25 custom frames as an investment for our family photo gallery (close to $400!) that we received today — in utter shock about the quality. No protection; simply stacked on top in a cardboard box; photos falling out of the frames; one frame poorly aligned; looks like photos are not even really printed on high quality photo paper with a white border that looks so insanely cheap (the border and acrylic glass option we chose intentionally for aesthetic purposes); photo prints (all high resolution images by a professional photographer that came out great as same size prints from Shutterfly, the ones we have already) are now super low quality/grainy/blurry. We wanted to order from this company due to them being all American and small business, so we also believed in the quality and craftsmanship; but turns out our previous custom frames from Shutterfly are way better quality. I hate to say it. Previously, we ordered three wall hangings/ signs from them that we enjoy in our home. But the custom photo frames are a huge disappointment and we regret ordering all eight instead of trying one, for now. We have contacted customer service for a full refund as, unfortunately, there is no way we are able to enjoy these frames hanging in our house. It seems many people have had similar experiences recently, sadly. I will update this review as I hopefully hear from customer service soon … but right now our family is just so disappointed and frustrated about the amount of money spent for something that was supposed to bring so much joy to our home.
