Amazing results!
I had a face and neck lift at Aktif Hospital in Uskudar. My experience there has been great. My first point of contact was Salina who was in constant contact with me via WhatsApp to answer my questions ( there were many) She was always polite and reassuring and gave me the information I needed to choose the right hospital and surgeon. I chose Dr. Ozan Can Canbalot. He is amazing! He is so talented but also I think he really cares about his patients and is passionate to provide the best results possible. What I enjoyed about the whole process was the continuity of care. For example I was picked up from the airport by Hassan, who was kind and polite, then for every other car trip it was always Hassan. Next is the wonderful Buket, she's like your personal PA and translator. She is with you to oversee everything. Plus she's only ever a text message away. She pops in to check all is well and I believe goes above and beyond what's required of her. I travelled alone from the UK and Buket was so supportive when I was feeling a little nervous. The nursing staff are also very good, they do regular obs after surgery and get you moving asap. Most of the nurses don't speak much English but Google translate is great and so communication was never a problem. They were professional and friendly. The results of my face and neck lift are far beyond what I was expecting. Really, Dr. Ozan is amazing! I'd recommend him to my own family so that shows how confident I am about his work.
