4 hours late …
My car was booked to for a service between 12&2. In the past the mechanics has arrived no more then 30 minutes past the given timeframe. However yesterday It was 1.50 before I rang the main phone number to enquire only to be told the mechanic had been dispatched and on his way. I was also told the said mechanic would call me when he was on his way. Within minutes I receive a call from mechanic telling me he was another hour and and a half away. He eventually showed up at 3.45 with no apologies or explanation for being late. The service was complete within an hour. So yes I am extremely unhappy with the situation when clearly there has been a lack of communication between the despatch centre, the mechanic and the customer. I will definitely think twice about using lube mobile in the future. An apology might have gone a long way
