Very disappointed with Yacht Club experience
Very disappointed with the facilities this time. Has definitely gone downhill and you can really notice the difference in Yacht Club. 4th time in YC & seriously considering going with another cruise line next time. Had a whole week of toilet not flushing properly despite concierge calling out plumber nearly every day. Rainfall shower didn’t work at all. Balcony flooded every time it rained as run off from front of ship. Excursion was good but very rushed & wasn’t worth the money for the strict timing involved as we didn’t have time to enjoy the views before being rushed back onto the coach. Didn’t get a diffuser as YC gift despite being told we would as diamond members. Every area of YC seems to have been cut back to the bone & considering how much people pay for the YC experience, & having spoken to other guests, we all felt that we were being short changed. The only good aspect we came away with were that all the YC staff were absolutely fantastic & top of their game. They are what made the experience of being in YC less disappointing.
