My parcel was delivered on my doorstep and wasn't there when I got home, I didn't ask for it to be left there and evri have acknowledged this. They advised to contact mystery kits and I have multiple times over the space of over a month on multiple platforms and have had no response whatsoever. As they've replied I'll share the email I received, it wasn't from mysterykits it was from evri. 'Thank you for getting in touch with your enquiry regarding parcel and advising us that you have not received it. I have investigated the journey of the parcel and can see that it was delivered to an unsafe location on the 29th November. The courier left your parcel outside your front door. If you have been unable to locate your parcel, then the quickest way to resolve this matter would be to contact the retailer of this parcel so they can discuss the appropriate next steps with you, which may include a refund or replacement item. Please feel free to send them this email as evidence to confirm that you have contacted us' But couldn't get a response from mysterykits.
