Absolutely Shocking!
Absolutely Shocking! I have been a patient at Holly House Private Hospital in Buckhurst Hill for at least 13years probably longer. I have spent thousands of pounds there. Today Wednesday 19th at 1.30pm I entered the hospital. The female receptionist who stood to the right at the front of house looked straight through me & had a face like thunder on my way in & out. I did not feel welcome at all. The appointment was rushed it was like a convey belt service. I went in for an ovarian Scan that I paid for not insurance or NHS. Although I have had better quality time and service on the NHS. In my appointment I was told to throw my clothes on the floor & hop onto the couch! I thought I do not even throw my clothes on the floor at home! After my Scan I wanted to ask a question but she gritted her teeth so I felt reluctant asking any further questions about my health. I will be making a formal complaint when I return for my breast scan tomorrow that I am also paying for. The level of service at Holly House Hospital Buckhurst Hill is shocking. It should not be a private hospital anymore it seems like they are seeing too many nhs patients & Private patients are not getting that individual gold standard level of service any more. It has lost that private care touch and it shows in the staffs behaviour.
