Asked for a kit from the Americas only
Asked for a kit from the Americas only, got one from India. Complete fail. Used them before and they ignored the SOGA then so only myself to blame. Never again. In light of the response below the instructions clearly state to specify which teams you do not want. I expressly discounted all continents barring north or south America AND stated the Americas only on the order form. If it wasnt there how was the order processed? Poor service, poor response. Further examples of why this company isn't trustworthy. I won't use them again and have found their competitors better. They were terrible the first time I delt with them, I should have known better.
