Painless switch of Internet provider.
Decided to switch provider from Virgin to Zen. Adam from Zen sales, provided all the necessary technical details I required and helpfully advised on all aspects of the switch. What a pleasure to deal with a competent customer sales/services department who do not push for a sale but take the time to answer all the questions I posed, and gave clear unambiguous information. Highly recommended - and now await the installation and hopefully a stable and fast Internet connection. Thank you Adam.
