Really poor service Nobody answers the phone When finally you make contact they are not interested Just say we will ring you back and never do Their maintenance fees are extortionate in any case Not had any offer re lost week in pandemic Never any availability when one wants to go I am far from happy

Absolutely hopeless Have visits few times in Birmingham city centre Trying to sell my penthouse Latest fiasco: met a guy called Ryan who apparently deals with sales. It quickly turned out that despite being in city centre no one there actually deals with sales: is something else going on there? Anyway I was told someone would phone me from elsewhere. Eventually I received a call from some woman who was extremely abrupt as if she couldn’t be bothered Said she would send me desk top valuation. Nothing ever arrived My only conclusion is that if you want to sell a property then give John Shepherd a wide berth
