Spencer deserves a bonus!!!
After booking and paying for a ticket to Cape Town, South Africa, I received an email to say there were no available seats and your account will be reimbursed! I totally freaked out!!! I called the customer care line and poor Spencer answered my call! What a lovely guy! He was SO helpful! He rebooked my flight after searching for tickets at a similar price! He spent 50 minutes on the calk with me, explaining everything. He was so kind and patient. He stayed on the phone until I could confirm that all the booking was correct. This morning he resent the invoice and eticket. He's a credit to the agency. THANK YOU Spencer!
