not the customer service you want at all
i bought the hosting from them the sale deportment was good and answer fast but after they got the money from paypal then every thing changed. every time i wanted help it took 45 min for some one to answer it and then after they answer they close the page. again 45 min and then the second helper took 5 min for answering simple question every thing you ask it will take 5 min so one problem with server take around 3 hours of chatting and then nothing will be done. now i am trying to get refund, and they keep telling it will take 3 day to answer. and now its day 5. so what are they doing i dont know. i think i have to open paypal case to get my money back. in the end of the day dont go with them
