Worst Customer Service Ever
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Hands down the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I bought a watch from them and it broke within months and when I contacted them, they had decided to give me a full refund to my original payment method. Instead, a replacement watch shows up a few days later without even informing me. When I reminded them that they told me they would give me a refund, they completely went back on their word because THEY made a mistake. That should not be my problem but because of their poor customer service, it is now my problem. Don’t waste your money on their poorly refurbished products and buy somewhere else.
