I have never experienced something like this when ordering online
I had high expectations when ordering my barista equipment from this company, but unfortunately, it turned out to be not that easy. The issues started with the shipping of my order, which was delayed due to technical problems with the label. While the support staff were polite, their promises to resolve the issue were empty. It was only after multiple phone calls and significant effort on my part that I could get any clarity on what went wrong with the shipping. Eventually, after much stress and weeks of waiting, the order arrived. However, my original order was inexplicably altered post-purchase, and I received no invoice for my nearly €1,000 coffee machine. This led to yet another round of phone calls to chase the invoice, which I was assured would be sent today. Unsurprisingly, it still hasn’t arrived. How can a company operate with such unreliability? How can such poor organization and communication be acceptable? I regret my decision to shop here and will never order from this company again. The entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and riddled with problems. If you’re looking for a hassle-free purchase, look elsewhere.
